Processing times for Life Tales order are currently 3 working days from order to shipment.

We aim to send your order beautifully packed and a JOY to receive, but if you find your goods have been damaged in delivery, please contact us at poweredbheart@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your goods describing the problem with a picture. Refunds are assessed on a case by case basis.

We do not refund or exchange digital products or stickers.
